49 year old female with right breast cancer electing to undergo bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and reconstruction with latissimus dorsi flap and implants. Use of the latissimus muscle and associated back tissue can be used as an alternative method for breast restoration to obtain a natural result in conjunction with implants.
