Fat Grafting After Breast Reconstruction

This patient is post bilateral mastectomy with implant based reconstruction. After mastectomy most patients have minimal subcutaneous tissue which may leave visibility and rippling of the implant. With only one round of fat transfer we were able to correct her rippling and leave her with a more natural shape and feel.
